A micro brewery located in Richmond, Victoria, Australia. Available throughout Victoria, NSW and South Australia.

The name comes from the fact that mountain goats are big hairy animals that are never going to fall over.

Mountain Goat have two permanent beers, and two seasonal.

Mountain Goat Hightail Ale was the first beer released from this brewery, containing 4.5% alcohol.

Mountain Goat Hightail Pale Ale is recommended for consumption with spicy food. This was Australia's first certified organic beer.

Mountain Goat Hightail India Pale Ale is a seasonal beer, available only in the summer months. This is Australia's only 100% certified organic beer. Comes in at 5% alcohol.

Mountain Goat Hightail Surefoot Sout is also a seasonal beer, available only in the winter months. 5% alcohol, and the brewers recommend it be consumed at a relatively warm 8 degree's Celsius.
